Can Volvo Ever Be Naughty?
Along with the new S60 Volvo will unveil their latest ad campaign building on their responsible reputation by showing a fun and adventurous side, rolling out during the year. Starting later this month, the campaign kicks off with a digital ‘experience’ followed by television, social media, experiential events, press ads, outdoor and promotions to Volvo’s CRM file later this year.
The digital experience is an online campaign with three films ending ‘Not naughty enough? You tell us’ -- at which point consumers are invited to submit ideas for a fourth film. The winning idea will be produced and released before the S60 goes on sale.
Don Lane, Volvo global brand director for its ad agency says: “The Naughty Volvo campaign is designed to be as surprising and innovative as the product itself. This is by far our most integrated, modern campaign.”
All of which seems quite ‘Naughty but Nice’.
